3. Service Offerings
3.1 Online Notarial Services
Our certified notaries provide remote signing and certification services for various documents via secure video conferencing.
3.2 Information Products
We offer digital guides and templates related to notarization processes and best practices.
3.3 Physical Goods
We sell branded notary seals, stamp pads, and related accessories.
4. Fees and Arrangements
By booking a service, purchasing an information product, or ordering goods, you agree to the fees displayed at checkout. Payment is required to confirm any order or reservation.
5. Refund and Return Policy
5.1 Online Notarial Services
You may cancel a booked appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund due to the time allocated by our notaries.
5.2 Information Products
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the digital content. To initiate a refund, please submit a request via our contact form. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within ten business days after approval.
5.3 Physical Goods
You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, follow the instructions on our contact form. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within ten business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Service Transfers
Online notarial appointments may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Information product access and goods orders are not eligible for rescheduling.
7. Limitations and No-Refund Services
Certain expedited or bespoke notarial arrangements may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. Such designations are made when advance preparations or partner coordination incur irreversible commitments. If you book a service labeled non-refundable, you acknowledge that no refund or transfer will be provided.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting on our website at notarbridge.com.
